Welcome to Recoil | Addict. By accessing or using our website, purchasing our products, or submitting a custom build request, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.
Eligibility
By using this site, you affirm that you are at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to purchase firearms or firearm accessories under applicable laws. Firearm purchases and transfers are subject to federal, state, and local regulations. You are responsible for knowing and complying with your local laws.
Product Information
We strive to ensure the accuracy of product descriptions, pricing, and availability. However, we reserve the right to correct errors and update product information at any time without notice.
Custom rifle builds are made to order and may vary slightly in materials or specifications based on availability or performance enhancements. All custom requests are subject to review and approval.
Orders and Payment
All orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed in writing. Accepted payment methods are listed at checkout. Recoil | Addict reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, legal restrictions, or inventory issues.
Shipping and Transfers
Firearms will only be shipped to a licensed Federal Firearms License (FFL) holder. It is the buyer’s responsibility to provide valid FFL information during checkout. Firearm shipments are only made within the United States where legal.
Accessories and apparel will be shipped directly to the address you provide. Shipping times are estimates and may vary.
Returns and Cancellations
Firearms: All firearm sales are final. No returns or exchanges are accepted once the transfer has been completed.
Accessories/Apparel: Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery if items are unused and in original packaging. Expires if bedding is done or stock is damaged. 100% money back excluding shipping. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
Custom Orders: Cancellations must be requested within 48 hours of placing the order. After this period, deposits are non-refundable due to the handcrafted nature of the build.
Warranties and Liability
All Recoil | Addict products are covered by a 12 month warranty on materials and workmanship. This does not cover normal wear, misuse, or unauthorized modifications. Contact us for warranty support or inspection.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Recoil | Addict disclaims liability for any damages, injuries, or losses resulting from the use or misuse of our products.
Intellectual Property
All content on this site—including text, images, designs, and logos—is the property of Recoil | Addict or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or use any materials without written permission.
